I built McFadden Consulting around a simple idea: understand what's getting in the way before deciding what to build.
A practical response starts with a better question.
A course can be valuable. So can a clearer job aid, a more consistent onboarding experience, or a better system for managing learning. The useful question is what will help people do the work.
My foundation is a master's degree in Instructional Design. I work across learning experience design, eLearning, instructor-led learning, performance support, and learning operations.
I bring that perspective to nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and growing teams that need practical support for the way their people learn and perform.
